TROUBLESHOOTING/FAQs:

Not sure everything went as planned? Here are a few troubleshooting topics.
Oops, I accidentally registered as an individual…now what?teamincorrectsignupIf you accidentally clicked the green “Sign up”  button and register as an individual, you won’t be able to sign up your team. But don’t worry! You can always cancel your reservation from the “My Account” section of the site and try again (or send us an email if you have any issues).

Can someone who is “pending” be signed up on my team?

Yes. Team members who are shown as “pending” on your team roster will still get a slot if you “select” them when you sign up your team.

What happens if someone who is registered on my team can’t attend HON Day?
