On Saturday, March 4, Weed Wrangle will take on multiple projects at eight local parks and nature centers across Middle Tennessee. The efforts being made will include pulling weeds and keeping invasive plants at bay. Volunteers are highly encouraged to join in this fun-filled collaboration.
It is important to continue doing this work annually so that our native plant communities can keep controlling erosion, moderate floods, filter water, decrease water needed for landscaping, and sequester carbon to combat climate change.
